Vivishine, as an expert in perfect latex shine with decades of experience, knows all about the need to maintain the beautiful shiny surfaces of vinyl, wetlook, etc. The shiny surface is a property of its microstructure and requires special care.
With VIVIWASH these can be washed cold and gently and retain these properties permanently. VIVIWASH is suitable for particularly gentle hand washing as well as for the washing machine at 20 – 40°C. Even at these low temperatures, dirt and odours are removed gently and sustainably.
Ingredients: 5 – 15 % anionic surfactants,< 5 % amphoteric surfactants, phenoxyethanol
CARE PRODUCTS
Keep your garments in top condition with these essentials:
- Start with clean, dry skin; avoid oils and metal accessories.
- Use a silicone-based dressing aid for latex (handle carefully if you have long nails).
- Apply shine products to latex only.
- Hand wash using a two-bucket method (wash + rinse) in lukewarm water with a mild or specialist cleaner.
- Store in a cool, dark place; keep latex and PVC separate.
- Always follow care labels and perform a patch test first

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
- 7 days to request: Email returns@darkkulture.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchange or store credit only: No refunds for change‑of‑mind purchases.

- Resellable condition required: Unworn, unwashed, unmarked, undamaged, odor‑free; all tags, accessories, and original packaging intact.

- Latex/PVC care: No additional talc, powders, oils, shine products, or dressing aids during try‑on. Items are delivered with a light protective talc from the manufacturer.
- Care products (liquids/sprays/gels): Final sale once opened or used.
- How to return: Please return in the original packaging by registered post.
- Exchange value: If your new item costs more, please top up; if it costs less, the balance is issued as store credit.
- Processing time: Exchanges ship 3–5 business days after approval if in stock.
