At Dark Kulture, we aim to deliver your order with care and accuracy. All products are sourced from our trusted international suppliers, received by our team for inspection, stored in temperature‑controlled air‑conditioned facilities, and shipped directly to you in discreet, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy. 

*Delivery & Collection: To ensure a premium experience, all deliveries are coordinated via WhatsApp/Email. By placing an order, you consent to Dark Kulture sharing your contact information with our logistics partners (e.g., uParcel, Ninja Van) solely for fulfilment purposes. 

*For "Self-Collection" pickups are strictly limited to our Fri & Sat (2pm-7pm) window at our Kallang Bahru location. Please wait for a "Ready for Collection" notification before arriving.

 

1. Order Processing 

Dark Kulture operates as a ready‑stock boutique. This means all items are physically on hand and prepared for fulfilment. 

- Store Hours: Our online boutique is open 24/7.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.  

Rush Orders (Case‑by‑Case Availability) 

As Dark Kulture is supported by a small fulfilment team, rush orders are available by approval only.
If you need an urgent order — for example, an outfit for Saturday night — please WhatsApp us before placing your order to check availability. 

If approved: 

- Your order will be prioritised for faster processing.
- Same‑day or time‑sensitive delivery may be arranged depending on courier availability
- Additional courier or priority handling fees may apply  

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Regions 

Singapore (Current Shipping Region)
Dark Kulture currently ships within Singapore only.
- We use trusted local couriers such as Ninja Van, QXpress, or similar partners.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.  

Future International Shipping 

International shipping is not yet available as we expand our delivery network. If you would like Dark Kulture to ship to your country, please contact us or message us on WhatsApp and our team will help you find the best available shipping options.

3. Discreet Packaging 

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded, discreet packaging, with no product names, material descriptions, or branding visible externally. 

4. Shipping Fees (Singapore) 

- Standard Delivery: SGD $4.50 – $6.00, depending on parcel weight and courier.
- Any promotional free‑shipping offers will be clearly indicated on product or checkout pages. 

5. Tracking & Delivery 

- Tracking details will be automatically emailed once your order has been dispatched.
- Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear depending on the courier.
- If your parcel is marked “delivered” but not received, please contact the courier first, then reach out to us. 

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages 

Please notify us promptly:
- Damaged or incorrect items: within 48 hours of delivery
- Lost or undelivered shipments: within 7 days of the expected delivery date

We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue.
