At Dark Kulture, we are only able to offer pickup at this time. We will not be able to offer delivery in Singapore at this time. All products are sourced from our trusted international suppliers, received by our team for inspection, stored in temperature‑controlled air‑conditioned facilities, and available for pickup in discreet, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy. 

*Self-Collection: To ensure a premium experience, all pickups are coordinated via WhatsApp/Email. We are usually open daily, but we may on occasion be away. We are not based at the storage unit, so we will need to arrange a suitable pickup time for both parties. We try to accommodate requests best we can. Our storage facility is in Bendemeer. Please note that this is not a physical store so we cannot accept payment in person. All payments must be made online before collection. 

1. Order Processing 

Dark Kulture operates as a ready‑stock boutique. This means all items are physically on hand and prepared for fulfilment. 

- Store Hours: Our online boutique is open 24/7.
- Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1 day and ready for pickup at a convenient time for both parties. 

3. Discreet Packaging 

All orders are provided in plain, unbranded, discreet packaging, with no product names, material descriptions, or branding visible externally. 

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages 

Please notify us promptly:
- Damaged or incorrect items: within 48 hours of pickup
