We may suspend or cancel orders, restrict access, or close accounts where we detect suspected fraud, payment abuse/chargebacks, abusive conduct, security risks, or legal/policy breaches, acting reasonably.

Dark Kulture operates as a ready‑stock boutique. All items displayed on our website are physically stored in our Singapore facility, where they are:
- Received from our trusted international production partners
- Inspected by our fulfilment team
- Stored in temperature‑controlled, air‑conditioned facilities
- Packed in discreet packaging before dispatch
For materials with special handling (e.g., latex/PVC), please review the product page and our Return & Refund Policy for specific try‑on and care requirements.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are displayed in your local currency.
- Prices, promotions, and stock availability may change without notice.
- Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers.
- Dark Kulture does not store full credit card information.
4. Ordering Process & Fulfilment
Once an order is placed:
- Our team prepares and verifies the item for dispatch.
- The order is packed in discreet packaging.
- The parcel is handed to our local courier partners.
Processing Time:
- Standard: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)
- Weekend/holiday orders ship the next business day
Rush Orders:
- Available by approval only
- Customers must WhatsApp us before ordering
- Approved rush orders may include same‑day dispatch or special courier arrangements
- Additional fees may apply
5. Shipping & Delivery
Singapore Delivery (Current Region)
We deliver within Singapore using local courier partners such as Ninja Van, QXpress, or similar.
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Tracking information is emailed upon dispatch
- Tracking updates may take several hours to appear
International Shipping (Future Expansion)
- International shipping is not yet available.
- Customers may contact us for assistance with third‑party forwarding options.
6. Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet packaging designed to protect your privacy.
No product names or sensitive details will appear on the exterior of the parcel.
7. Shipping Fees
- Standard delivery: SGD $4.50 – $6.00, depending on courier and parcel weight
- Free‑shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on product or checkout pages
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
Customers should notify us promptly:
- Damaged or incorrect items: within 48 hours of delivery
- Lost or missing parcels: within 7 days of expected arrival
We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue. However, Dark Kulture is not responsible for courier‑related delays, errors, or delivery failures outside our control.
9. Cancellations
We may cancel an order due to:
- Suspected fraud
- Payment issues
- Stock discrepancies
If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued. Customer‑requested cancellations are accepted only before fulfilment begins.
10. Returns & Exchanges
Returns, exchanges, and store credit are managed according to our official Return & Refund Policy.
- Dark Kulture generally offers exchanges or store credit for eligible returns.
- Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrect items when a replacement is not available.
- Returned items must meet all condition, hygiene, handling, and resellability requirements outlined in the Return & Refund Policy, including try‑on requirements and material‑specific rules (e.g., latex/PVC).
- Items that cannot be returned to fully resellable condition are not eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund.
- Certain products — including intimates, custom‑made items, liquids/care products, and items marked “Final Sale” — are non‑returnable.

11. Intellectual Property & Site Use
All images, designs, branding, text, graphics, videos, and code on this site are the property of Dark Kulture Pte Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, mirror, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the site or its content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Our names and logos may have trade marks (registered or pending); unauthorised use is prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dark Kulture is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Courier delays or delivery issues
- Failures of third‑party systems (payment gateways, couriers, hosting providers)
- Losses resulting from misuse of our products or website
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so under Singapore law.
13. Privacy & Electronic Communications
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, in compliance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). You consent to receive transactional communications electronically (e.g., order confirmations, tracking). Marketing communications follow PDPA/DNC rules and may be withdrawn at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Errors, Availability, Title & Risk
Errors & Availability — We may correct errors (including pricing, descriptions, availability) and cancel or refuse orders impacted by such errors, issuing a full refund if payment was taken.
Title & Risk — Risk of loss passes upon delivery to your stated address. Title passes upon our receipt of full payment.
16. Guidance & Disclaimers
Website, packaging and social media content, including fit suggestions, styling notes, and care guidance for materials such as latex or PVC, is provided for general information only and does not constitute professional, medical, or dermatological advice. You are responsible for evaluating suitability for your personal circumstances, including any skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions. If in doubt, please seek independent advice. Where applicable, follow all product‑specific instructions and care requirements stated on the product page and in our Return & Refund Policy (including try‑on and handling requirements).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dark Kulture is not liable for losses arising from reliance on general website, packaging or social media content. This clause does not exclude or limit liability where it is unlawful to do so (including under the CPFTA).
17. Promotions & Credits
Promotions and vouchers are single‑use, non‑transferable, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn. Store credit does not expire, is non‑transferable, and is not exchangeable for cash unless required by law.
18. Acceptable Use; Force Majeure; Severability; No Waiver
Acceptable Use - You may use the site only for lawful purposes and must not introduce harmful code, scrape or harvest data, or interfere with site operations.
Force Majeure - We are not liable for delays or non‑performance due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., courier network disruption, regulatory actions).
Severability - If any term is invalid, the remainder remains effective.
No Waiver - Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver.
19. Entire Agreement; Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms, together with our incorporated policies (Shipping; Return & Refund; Privacy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Dark Kulture regarding your purchases and use of our site, except where not permitted under Singapore consumer law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (including Lemon Law) remain unaffected.
