• Store in a cool, dark place; keep latex and PVC separate.

• Latex/PVC care: No additional talc, powders, oils, shine products, or dressing aids during try‑on. Items are delivered with a light protective talc from the manufacturer.
• Care products (liquids/sprays/gels): Final sale once opened or used.
• How to return: Please return in the original packaging by registered post.
• Exchange value: If your new item costs more, please top up; if it costs less, the balance is issued as store credit.
• Processing time: Exchanges ship 3–5 business days after approval if in stock.
