SHIPPING POLICY
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
- Delivery (Singapore): Estimated 1–3 business days after dispatch via trusted local couriers.
- Shipping Fee: Typically SGD $4.50 – $6.00, depending on parcel weight.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
- 7 days to request: Email returns@darkkulture.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchange or store credit only: No refunds for change‑of‑mind purchases.
- Defective/incorrect items: We’ll replace or exchange; if not possible, we’ll refund.
- Resellable condition required: Unworn, unwashed, unmarked, undamaged, odor‑free; all tags, accessories, and original packaging intact.
- Try‑on requirement: Please try on over clean undergarments or a thin base layer.
- Latex/PVC care: No additional talc, powders, oils, shine products, or dressing aids during try‑on. Items are delivered with a light protective talc from the manufacturer.
- Care products (liquids/sprays/gels): Final sale once opened or used.
- How to return: Please return in the original packaging by registered post.
- Exchange value: If your new item costs more, please top up; if it costs less, the balance is issued as store credit.
- Processing time: Exchanges ship 3–5 business days after approval if in stock.
